To initiate the return of a product purchased from Discount Poker Outlet please use the return form so that we can give you instructions on how to return your product. DO NOT mail the product back to the address that it came from without first contacting Discount Poker Outlet.

Returns

At Discount Poker Outlet, we want our customers to be happy with the products that they buy from us so we do offer a 30 day return policy on most unopened, unused products. There are exceptions to this policy including:

1. Closeout items are unable to be returned.
2. We will not take back any customized poker chips.
3. We cannot take back any open playing cards, DVDs, or anything else of this nature as we cannot resell them as new.

Products that are returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Defective Merchandise

If a customer receives merchandise that has been damaged in the warehouse of during shipping they are free to exchange that product for an identical product in the condition in which it was advertised. If you do not wish to exchange the defective product you will be refunded the price of the product only.

Freight Shipments

All freight orders MUST be inspected by the customer before signing for the shipment. Any damage found after the fact is assumed to be the responsibility of the customer. If you do find something missing or damaged contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping company. Once the claim is resolved and the defective product is returned we will ship your new product.

Exchanges

You are free to request an exchange within 30 days of the purchase of your product as long as your product meets the guidelines outlined above. With an exchange there is no restocking fee and the customer will only have to pay for shipping the replacement product.

Refunds

Refunds of any kind are only issued after the product has been returned and inspected at our warehouse. Once the product has been accepted into the warehouse you can expect all returns to be issued within 2 weeks.
